Kiwi Zinger Smoothie Recipe

(Makes two servings of 350ml)

  • 2 kiwifruit – skin on or off
  • 1 lemon – peeled
  • 110g pineapple
  • 2 tbsp almonds + 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water + 1 cup ice
