What do we love doing?

We enjoy positively changing the health and fitness of New Zealanders! Starting with what new Zealanders consume daily.
We are a smoothie delivery service, we send boxes of pre-portioned ingredients and scrumptious smoothie recipes to our member’s doors weekly.
We love making it easier for you to make healthier choices!

What day will my delivery arrive?

Each week your delivery will arrive on a Wednesday. Provided you have ordered before Sunday 12pm.

What equipment will I need?

All you need is a blender, ice, and water. We send you 3 new smoothie recipes each week and all the smoothie ingredients to make 10 smoothies. Some recipes will require a chopping board and Knife. This is to ensure that our ingredients remain fresh right up until you decide to blend and make the smoothie. Fresh is Best!

Where do we source our produce?

We love to support local growers and take pride in doing this and aim to source produce that is local. Some of our produce is organic and spray free.
However, we cannot always guarantee the above as this depends on availability and logistics. To check out our growers and suppliers on our blog click here.

Where do we deliver?

We now deliver New Zealand wide! 🙂 excluding Rural Delivery. If you would like your box delivered to a rural address please drop us a line at hello@blenditraw.co.nz. We can arrange a pickup point at you local post ship.

How long do the ingredients last ?

Our ingredients are meant to last the week they are delivered. Ensure you refrigerate upon receiving delivery. Especially the green goodies!

I’m allergic to certain allergens can I still order?

Our ingredients are all portioned and packaged in the same facility. If you have a serious allergy we do not recommend you order.

I dislike certain ingredients can we make a substitution?

Every week we provide powerful new recipes to our members. Because of this, we cannot provide substitutions at this time.

However, if there is an ingredient you dislike, we recommend you have a substitute ingredient on hand that you can use instead. If you unsure what to use as a substitute drop us a line at hello@blenditraw.co.nz and we will be more than happy to give you some ideas!  🙂

 

What do I do if my box is missing/damaged?

With your delivery, you will receive a courier tracking number via email. You can go online and type this number on the courier post website or call them to find your box. Depending on what they tell you, you may need to contact us.
If your box or ingredients are damaged contact we and we will make things right. Please provide a photo to help us understand what happened.

How do I cancel my subscription ?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting cancel/pause your subscription. Alternatively, you can drop u a  line to hello@blenditraw.co.nz and we can do this for you. Since we plan each delivery in advance we ask you to let us know by Thursday midday to cancel or skip the following Wednesday delivery.

Do I have to be home to accept my delivery ?

Nope ! we Deliver via courier. Most often you won’t be home. Our delivery partners will leave the box at your doorstep. No signature required. The box includes a cool pack to ensure freshness when you get home.

When am i charged for deliveries?

Once you make an order you will be charged and your delivery will arrive on the following Wednesday if you joined before Monday evening. If you joined after Monday then your delivery will not arrive until the following week. Thereafter your subscription will renew every Thursday at midday or weekly from when you first signed up.

How much is shipping and postage?

It’s free ! 🙂

How do I manage my subscription details?

You can simply log in to your account to change your delivery address, subscription plan, card details , contact details , and pause or skip deliveries.

Can I recycle my boxes and cool packs?

You sure can! we are conscious of our impact on the environment, monthly we will send out a courier return label with instructions on how to send the cool packs and boxes pack. If you have a large build up of boxes or cool packs and didn’t receive a return label drop us a line at hello@blenditraw.co.nz and we can send you a personal return label.

How long do I blend the smoothies for?

We test every recipe for taste, nutrition, and consistency. However, every blender is different and you may find depending on your blender that the smoothie is too thick or chunky. A quick fix to this is by either adding water and/or blending for longer. Let the blender run for a good 1 to 2 minutes. We recommend upgrading your blender if you find it happening all the time.
