Anzac Smoothie Recipe

  • 45g Spinach
  • 2 Feijoas
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp Oats
  • ½ tsp Honey
  • 1 cup water or your liquid of choice
  • 1 cup ice

We have used honey instead of traditional sugar as honey is a great natural sweetener! The honey we have used in the Blend box has been sourced from a small honey harvester in Timaru New Zealand who sells her delicious honey at the local Market in the weekends.
